Geoffrey described a huge chasm in the adoption curve between the Early Adopters and the Early Majority.

Early Adopters are looking for a change agent. By being the first to adopt a new technology in their industry, the Early Adopters expect to get a jump on the competition. Disruption and paradigm shifts are not just ok, they are welcome.

In contrast, the Early Majority want to buy a productivity improvement for existing operations. They want the technology to enhance existing operations without disrupting them.

High-quality online IT training is crossing the chasm today and the economy is providing the bridge.
