Dashcourses is now offering three courses to prepare students to take the PMP exam. The first course is Project Management Foundations.

Course Description:
ProjectManagement Foundations identifies the basic principles, concepts, methodologies, and theories used in today’s project management processes and projects. It covers the five process groups, nine knowledge areas, and forty-four core competencies of project management.
Project Management Certification Curriculum:
Project Management Foundation: Provides the fundamental knowledge, processes and terminology required for project management certification.
Project Management Associate: Provides the required knowledge and skills needed for project members, teams and the Certified Associate in Project Management certification.
Project Management Professional: Provides the required knowledge and skills needed for project managers and the Project Management Professional certification.
Who Should Attend?
Individuals or organizations requiring a basic knowledge or understanding of projects and the project management process AND for those who are pursing Project Management Certification.
